Alexandra M.C. Douglas joined the firm as an associate in 2016. While at the firm, Ms. Douglas has worked primarily on complex commercial disputes and white-collar criminal matters.
HER REPRESENTATIONS HAVE INCLUDED:
- Representing a German bank defrauded by US investment banks;
- Representing a German bank in breach of contract actions against the trustees of various RMBS trusts;
Ms. Douglas is an active member of the New York Women’s Bar Association, where she is a member of the International Women’s Rights Committee. Ms. Douglas received her B.A. with honors from the University of Western Ontario in 2010, where she was a Scholar’s Electives student. Ms. Douglas received her J.D. cum laude from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2015. Ms. Douglas was a Cardozo Scholar, with a concentration in International and Comparative Law, and served as senior notes editor for the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law.
