Zina Lyakhovetsky is an experienced corporate, real estate, and finance attorney who brings a thoughtful and practical perspective to assisting clients with their transactional needs.

Ms. Lyakhovetsky advises clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including entity structuring, operating agreements, governance matters, employment agreements, and joint ventures, and provides general corporate counsel throughout the lifecycle of a business. Ms. Lyakhovetsky also has extensive experience handling all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, representing developers, investors, borrowers, owners, and lenders across a wide range of assets, including multi-family residential and office buildings, retail properties, and mixed-use developments.

Before joining Schlam Stone & Dolan LLP, Ms. Lyakhovetsky was a counsel in the Transactions group at Rosenberg & Estis, P.C., following earlier roles as an associate in the Real Estate groups at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP.
