Eni Mihilli focuses her practice on complex civil and commercial litigation, employment litigation, and investigations. She litigates in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate level and has advised clients across a broad range of industries, including real estate, cryptocurrency, banking, hospitality, education, and media. Eni has represented large public companies, private companies, non-profits, and individuals in advisory roles as well as civil disputes. She also maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in housing litigation, criminal defense, family law, and employment law matters. Eni also serves as Secretary of the Civil Rights Committee of the New York City Bar.

Before joining Schlam Stone, Eni worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, LLP, where she represented multinational companies, individuals, and non-profit organizations in a variety of matters, including internal and regulatory investigations, commercial litigation, antitrust, and derivative litigation matters. Among other experience, Eni served on a litigation team that successfully negotiated a $33 million dollar settlement in a contract dispute in favor of their client.

Outside of the office, Eni enjoys serving as an alumni mentor for undergraduate and law students and singing in the Forest Hills Choir, where she also serves as a member of the Board of Directors.
