Paul’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense, and intellectual property. He litigates in federal and state courts and advises clients across a broad range of industries, including cryptocurrency, finance, real estate, and education.

Before joining Schlam Stone, Paul worked at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where he represented multinational companies, individuals, and non-profit organizations in commercial litigation and regulatory and criminal enforcement matters. Among other experience, Paul served on a trial team that successfully secured a patent infringement verdict for over $100 million in damages in a two-week jury trial.
