Schlam Stone & Dolan partner Jonathan Mazer was quoted by Law360 in an article concerning Congressional regulatory hearings. Mr. Mazer noted that: "While popular with riders, existing stakeholders in the ground transportation space — often carefully regulated themselves — view limited regulatory scrutiny of ride-hailing companies as unfair . . . . The pressure to make regulation more even across providers who are ultimately providing similar services to customers is likely to continue and intensify."
