The magazine, known for its chronicles of pop culture, turns a spotlight on the legal storms swirling about a famous producer's frustrated attempt to launch a Broadway Musical
The June 2013 issue of Vanity Fair profiles SSD client Rebecca Broadway L.P. and the litigation Schlam Stone & Dolan commenced on its behalf against two individuals (and unknown others) who are alleged to have destroyed a promising Broadway musical based on the 1938 novel Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier. Schlam Stone & Dolan's Ron Russo, who represents the musical's producers on criminal matters, is quoted in the article. Schlam Stone & Dolan partners Richard Dolan and Erik Groothuis represent the producers in civil litigation.
