Celitech Inc., 26 CV 90 (EDNY, Apr. 21, 2026), Judge Cogan held that plaintiff failed to state a claim of gender discrimination against her former employer, Celitech, and that personal jurisdiction over Celitech’s Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) was lacking for purposes of a foreign tort claim.
