On September 23, 2026, Jeffrey M. Eilender will participate in an upcoming Federal Bar Association CLE program, “Piercing the Corporate Veil: Pleading the New Standards and Reaching Sister Entities.”

During the live video broadcast, Jeffrey will discuss recent developments in veil-piercing law and the evolving pleading requirements for claims seeking to hold affiliated entities liable. His presentation will focus particularly on veil-piercing issues arising in breach of fiduciary duty and fraud cases, as well as strategies for reaching sister entities.

The program will examine recent developments affecting veil-piercing claims, including the Supreme Court’s Dewberry ruling, jurisdiction-specific pleading standards, reverse veil piercing following Aralpa, and strategies for reaching affiliated entities. Jeffrey will also address enforcement defenses, fraudulent-transfer issues, and post-judgment discovery.

The program will take place from 1:00–3:10 p.m. ET and offers 2 CLE credits.
