Schlam Stone partner and former federal prosecutor Brad Simon appeared on WNBC’s evening news broadcasts on July 20, in a segment addressing Mamdani’s threat to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu when he comes to New York for the United Nations General Assembly meetings. Brad explained that federal law bars Mamdani from carrying out what he described as little more than a publicity stunt.
