Schlam Stone & Dolan LLP is very pleased to announce that Seth D. Allen has been elevated to Partner of the firm.

Managing Partner Jeffrey Eilender said, “the firm is delighted to welcome Seth to the partnership. Seth is an exemplary litigator and for the past seven years has made invaluable contributions to the firm and its clients and he will continue to do so as our partner.”

Seth joined Schlam Stone & Dolan as an associate in 2016 and was promoted to counsel in 2021.  He is a well-rounded commercial litigator with significant trial and appellate experience beyond his years.  Seth has tried multiple cases with Schlam Stone & Dolan, including trials held remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. He regularly practices before the Appellate Division, First Department, and is well-versed in the intricacies of appellate practice. 

Seth is an active member of the New York City Bar Association and currently serves as the Chair of the City Bar’s Litigation Committee, having previously served as the Committee’s Secretary from September 2019 to August 2022.  Seth has been named to the New York Metro Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list since 2021.

Prior to joining Schlam Stone & Dolan, Seth was associated with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from 2013 to 2016.  He attended law school at New York University School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude and Order of the Coif, and was a member of the Law Review.  Seth previously graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
