Justice Barry Ostrager Appointed to New York County Commercial Division

As reported in the New York Law Journal, Justice Barry Ostrager has been appointed to the New York County Commercial Division. According to the NYLJ, Justice Ostrager, formerly a partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, will be taking over most of the caseload of Justice Marks, who was named Chief Administrative Judge last year.
