Argument of Interest in the Court of Appeals in November

On Monday, November 14, 2016 at 2 p.m., the Court of Appeals will hear argument in the following case of interest to commercial litigators:

  • Stonehill Capital Management, LLC v. Bank of the West (Case No. 191) (“Contracts–Formation of contracts–Offer and acceptance–Whether defendant bank clearly and unequivocally accepted plaintiffs’ offer to purchase a loan where defendant stated it would not be bound without an executed writing.”).
