Appeal Timely; Orders Served Below Not Stamped by Clerk With Date and Place of Entry

On June 23, 2016, the First Department issued a decision in Pac Fung Feather Co. Ltd. v. Porthault NA LLC, 2016 NY Slip Op. 05027, explaining that an appeal was not "untimely, since none of the copies of the orders annexed to various instruments served below were stamped by a clerk with the date and place of entry, nor did the instruments themselves draw attention to the entry and note such a date."
