Hillary S. Zilz

Hillary S. Zilz has been Of Counsel to the Firm since January 2008.  Ms. Zilz received her B.A. in Political Science from McGill University in 1990 (First Class Honours), her M.A. in International Relations from McGill University in 1991 and her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1994 (cum laude).  From 1994 to 2002, Ms. Zilz was associated with the law firms of Cravath, Swaine & Moore (from 1994 to 1996) and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP (from 1996 to 2002). From 2002 to 2004, Ms. Zilz was the General Counsel of Quaker Equities Ltd.  In 2006, Ms. Zilz was associated with Reavis Parent Lehrer LLP.  In 2007, Ms. Zilz was the General Counsel and Director of Business Development of HOV Group, Inc.  She concentrates on complex commercial litigation and transactional and corporate counseling, and also represents clients in negotiating and drafting agreements in a wide variety of commercial contexts.  She is a member of the New York Bar.
