Thomas A. Kissane has been a member of the Firm since January 1995.

He is a graduate of Columbia University and Fordham Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review.  Mr. Kissane served as law clerk to the Honorable Charles L. Brieant, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and practiced with Cahill Gordon & Reindel in New York City before joining the firm in July 1992.  He focuses on complex commercial litigation, and also has represented clients in connection with corporate governance, securities, RICO and Internet litigation and appeals.  He is a member of the New York Bar, as well as the Bars of a number of Federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court.
