Mary Anderson is Of Counsel to the Firm.  She has held a number of business and legal positions, principally in the broadcast, satellite, cable and Internet industries, and presently concentrates on corporate and transactional matters.  She is a member of the New York Bar.

Wayne Baden is a Senior Partner of the Firm.  He concentrates on corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on the corporate, financial, insurance, franchising, and regulatory aspects of the ground transportation industry.  He is a member of the New York Bar.

Richard Dolan is a Senior Partner of the Firm.  He focuses on complex commercial litigation, and also has represented clients in connection with corporate governance, antitrust, securities, telecommunications, bankruptcy and sports and entertainment litigation and appeals.  Mr. Dolan also represents clients in negotiating and drafting agreements in a wide variety of commercial contexts.  He is a member of the New York, Massachusetts and Hawaii Bars, as well as the Bars of a number of Federal courts around the country.

John Lundin is a member of the Firm.  He focuses on complex commercial litigation, and also has represented clients in connection with telecommunications, intellectual property, corporate governance, antitrust, Internet and RICO litigation.  He is a member of the New York Bar, as well as the Bars of a number of Federal courts around the country.

Jonathan Mazer is a member of the Firm.  He focuses on complex complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, administrative tribunals and arbitration, and mediation and on real estate litigation.  He has written and spoken on intellectual property issues involved in the creation and sale of investment products based on financial indexes.  He is a member of the New York Bar, as well as the Bars of a number of Federal courts around the country, including the United States Supreme Court.

O'Murchadha is an associate of the Firm.  H concentrates on complex commercial litigation, and has significant experience in arbitration.  He is a member of the New York Bar, as well as the Bars of the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Ronald G. Russo is of counsel to the Firm.  He focuses on white-collar and other criminal defense, and has extensive experience in the management of criminal investigations.

The late Peter Schlam was a founder of the Firm and continuously practiced with it from its inception until his passing on June 1, 2005, handling many high profile civil and criminal matters.  Prior to founding the firm with Harvey Stone, Peter had a distinguished career in the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, where he rose to the rank of Executive Assistant United States Attorney, the third-ranking position in the Office.

Jim Sherwood is a member of the Firm.  He concentrates on white-collar criminal defense and tax and complex commercial litigation.  He is a member of the New York Bar, as well as the Bars of a number of Federal courts around the country, including the Tax Court.

Harvey Stone is a founder and Senior Partner of the Firm.  The former Chief of the Appeals Division, United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, he focuses on complex commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense and appeals.  He is a member of the New York and Louisiana Bars, as well as the Bars of a number of Federal courts around the country.

Hillary Zilz is of counsel the Firm.  She focuses on complex commercial litigation and transactional and corporate counseling, and also represents clients in negotiating and drafting agreements in a wide variety of commercial contexts.
