Privacy Statement

People who visit a web site often are concerned about their privacy.   We are concerned about their privacy, too.

Our position is simple:  We won’t compromise (let alone invade) your privacy.

Schlam Stone & Dolan LLP does not collect email addresses or other relevant information (including names and company affiliations) from visitors to its site.  We do not leave cookies on your computer or use other invasive technologies.

Like any other firm, we keep on file information about parties who correspond with the firm as a normal part of our effort to maintain complete and accurate business records.  This information is preserved offline.  It is kept strictly for the use of the firm and is not sold, rented or otherwise disseminated to outside parties, nor is it used to provide any kind of commercial mass emailing service.

In cases where this web site has links to other web sites, visitors exercising those links must turn to those linked sites to determine what, if any, privacy policies prevail at the linked sites.

We will post on this site any updates to our privacy policy.
