Eni Mihilli focuses her practice on complex civil and commercial litigation, white collar defense, regulatory defense, and investigations.  She litigates in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate level and advises clients across a broad range of industries, including cryptocurrency, banking, hospitality, education, and media.  Eni has represented large public companies, non-profits, and individuals in advisory roles as well as civil and criminal disputes.  She also maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in housing litigation, criminal defense, family law, and employment law matters. 

Before joining Schlam Stone, Eni worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, LLP, where she represented multinational companies, individuals, and non-profit organizations in a variety of matters, including internal and regulatory investigations, commercial litigation, antitrust, and derivative litigation matters. Among other experience, Eni served on a litigation team that successfully negotiated a $33 million dollar settlement in a contract dispute in favor of their client. She maintains an active pro bono practice and has successfully argued multiple unemployment insurance hearings on behalf of pro bono claimants.

Outside of the office, Eni enjoys serving as an alumni mentor for undergraduates, aspiring law students, and current law students.
